Our 1% + GST Buyer Agent Fee for Resale HDB covers full-service support: market research, property sourcing, viewings, negotiations, paperwork, Loan financing coordination, and end-to-end guidance until key collection.

For resale private properties, buyers pay no commission (co-broking fee), as it's shared between agents or covered by developers for new launches.

RENTALS

We help landlords find tenants for 1-month's rent commission + GST (1-2 year leases). Our full service includes move-in prep advice, marketing, viewings, tenant screening, inventory checks, and smooth handover.
Our standard exclusive agreement is 3 months, and most clients are thrilled with the results long before then. In the highly unlikely event you’re not satisfied with our service or quality of our marketing materials, you can opt out after 30 days. Terms apply.
